Check out what parked next to me at work today!

I wonder if the owner of the car is a member of the forum? Mine is in the corner...I always get that corner spot...it is my "safe haven" =-) Anyway if you are on here, sweet ride! Sorry for the crappy phone camera pic.....

Haha, that's awesome. I always parked in the corner of our parking garage, too...

I've noticed that TL Owners take better care of their car.. so I'd park next to another TL prior to different car..

you could leave a note saying- hey there is a great acura tech and info forum,,,, check it out! We have local meets with other acura owners too- great people

If they leave a note back that says: I am AsphaltsEnemy on azine.com

You just made a new friend and canyon run buddy!!

That's funny. CBP is a bad ass color.

My work is right outside Pearland.

I wouldn't leave a note on someones car like that, that's tacky. But that's just me.

I park the same way; there's a cross hatch section in the corner and I park right over the middle of it; one of our attorneys parks her TL the same way next to me so we get super huge spots

letting a fellow acura owner know about us is tacky?
I did not suggest you paint it on the window- a small card size piece of paper or post it note- not your biz card- is good
Dont leave a biz card because if someone else hits their car- and they find a card with your info- it must have been you right?
You could always wait by the cars like a stalker- so they can think you really are a weirdo
who gets excited seeing a car like theirs. Pepper spray hurts bad

Maybe they have a car problem and would be grateful to know about azine- or they may belong already.
Or they may not notice you drive the same car- some people are simply NOT car people~
I stop when I see a few lowered acuras together and say: hey are you guys on azine?

No, that's not what I'm saying at all. I personally think attaching a note to a strangers car is tacky imo. Well unless it's actually important.

Now telling someone about a website is different. I completely agree with you that this site is informative and great to know about, especially with users like you. Honestly if anyone has the internet and needs to source some Acura knowledge, this site will pop right up.

I did think about doing this, but I wouldn't want anyone touching my car and though I would return the courtesy, even if it is just a note, unless you hit my car and want to leave me your information dont touch my car! I am still hopeful that this post will find the owner, if not I am sure I will run into the guy, it is a small garage.

Are the 6mt's lower than the autos? I swear his looked lower then mine. he had the summer tire option also, but I doubt that made a diff.

If that's the case, forget about seeing her on this forum.

I like to park away from people, too, including other TLs at work. Not because I don't like being beside them, but they like to park so close to other cars in the lower lots of my garage while I like not having cars on either side of me when I park. There are 3 other TLs on the same floor as me and we all park away from each other and other cars.

Every time I see a TL I wonder, hey I wonder if that guy knows about Acurazine. To be honest, I doubt many TL owners frequent this forum, we should however start a frappr map and have every AZ member sign in. That would be great we might get members to find others in their area that they were unaware about.

Dudes, I am Just like you guys, when ever I am away from my car, I always park my 3G at the end of a corner where only one car is at my car side, so I have less of a chance of catching a dent. And I try to park at the back of lots, not at the front where alot of people park, hence more of a chance of getting a dent or scratch, My car is my love. I take care of her.

Yeah, I know it is a dude, when he first started parking in the garage a few weeks ago he didn't have access to the lower level and had to park on the roof, I first noticed his TL and him getting out of it one day when I was eating lunch looking out the window. Geez I feel like I am stalking the guy!

Perhaps parking next to you is a hint and they want to be noticed. I park in an open lot and get in pretty early to work. So I get a front row spot and right next to the walk through. There are also several other TL's in the lot. I know one of them and he's not a member. It would be nice to have some sort of Acurazine card to place under the windshield wiper.

I wouldn't want anyone touching my car... so I wouldn't do that to anyone elses.. but the idea itself is good..

Cute pic, I went to Home Depot at lunch today and parked very far away. When I came out a current gen M3 sedan was parked two spaces away. I love the 3G TL styling but must admit the new M3 is simply stunning to look at.

Nice! I get to live that every day. After I showed my neighbor my car, he traded in his 2004 for the 2007 CBP just like mine...

I like to park next to a pillar so that there will only be someone on one side of me. I do not park next to the wall like that because I'm not a fan of back-in parking. The back-in crowd at my office are one reason why I like to park next to a pillar—most of them can't back in worth a darn and they leave their cars at all sorts of cockeyed angles sticking out into the aisles (I guess because they're afraid of backing into the wall). I suppose it's "monkey see, monkey do"—they saw some people parking backwards and thought they were supposed to do the same.
