Check Engine Light Blinking for 30-60 sec then Stopped?

I was driving on the highway last night. Traveling at about 75mph, then punched it to a little over 100mph to pass a couple cars. I looked down and the check engine light was blinking. I continued driving and the blinking lasted for less then a minute and stopped. The car's performance is the same and there are no unsual noises. The check engine light has not come on since. Has anyone experienced anything similar?
I'm at 49k miles. 2004 A-Spec with AEM CAI, Pro-Cats, and UR Pulley. I've had no issues with the car so far.

When I installed my AEM CAI intake on my 07 TL-S the light came on for 1 day and never returned.

My last TL (05) the engine light came on for about 5 mins when istalled and came on once about 2 years after initial install for about 2 mins and went away.

Never found out what it was, but both cars had/are running fine

if it goes away and doesn't come back don't worry about it. if it stays on take it to the dealer so they can pull the code.

There is a TSB on that. If the RPMs were over 4000 when it occured then the ECU needs to be flashed and Crankshaft sensor relearn procedure needs to be performed. If the codes stored are
p0301 cyl 1 misfire
p0305 cyl 5 misfire
p0300 random multiple misfire. Mine had the same problem. They need to widen the misfire parameters in the computer.

Thanks guys. The mods have been on for a year now. It doesn't seem like there is a problem, but if some goes up I need it to happen now. lol I have 1k miles before the warranty ends, so hopefully it would be covered.
