Getting ready to throw down and get the kit. Can someone tell me where I can get apec body kit cheapest?

Let me know the prices if anyone bought them pre-painted and sent.

I dont see a problem with group buys...if we can all save money what harm does it do?

Guys I do not mind if you want to have an organized GB.. but the VENDOR must come onto the site and pay the fees to vend their product to you guys.

I do not want people sending money to 1 person and then all of you getting ripped off (regardless of who it is on the forum)..NO MIDDLE MEN!!!!!!!!!!!

I want you guys to get great deals, that is why we have PAYING vendors... if you find someone who wishes to Back their product up 100%, come on and pay the fees for advertsing, then have that person contact me.... if none of the above is carried out 100% = NO GROUP BUYS.

we had many problems in the past with people getting ripped off... all it does is cause a major headache.... have your supplier contact me and we can move forward.

thank you for understanding.

p.s. dark6mt asked a specific question.... if you do not have the answer for him, then do not respond to his thread...

quit thread hijacking... the guy needs an answer, not a GB... and if you guys want a GB, read my post above.

thanks.

Smitty, I wouldn't mind a group buy either, however, I don't have the time to organize such thing.

I guess ebay is the answer, sunnyacura too, anyone else with cheaper source. It seems like sunnyacura is the best bet thus far.

I agree, ebay is the best way to purchase or to negotiate with your local dealer. I just got the A-Spec package installed at a great price. I went to my local dealership and mentioned that there's an auction for the package listed for $3700. They even knew who the seller was before I mentioned the name. They bitched and moaned about it, but we finally settled on a deal saving me $1200 from their original quote.

Actually, I just got the A-Spec kit installed last Saturday (approx a day and a half for complete install). Haven't had much time to test it out, but I'm taking it to Vegas this weekend (3 hr. trip). But there are several reviews on this forum about the A-Spec and so far they seem to be right on the money.

As for the body kit, as expected, the dealer didn't get it flush with the bumpers. Easy remedy is to buy some double stick adhesive tape from an auto parts store and apply it to the corners that stick out. You'll know what I mean after you have it installed.

As for negotiating price. If the dealer doesn't match what you can get on ebay. You can purchase it from ebay and then just negotiate price with service dept. for install if you don't want to install it yourself.
