can you see the Mirror control knob "R-L" and the Heated Mirror Button in the dark?

as I can see verything during the dark turning on the headlight like VSA and MIRROR but not those...

R-L and heated mirror button are not backlit on mine. everything else is. including the trunk button WAY down there.

The heated mirror button is not backlit when the instrument panel lights are activated. However, it will light up if you activate the mirror heating by pressing the button, and it will stay lit until you turn off the heating.

I stepped outside a few minutes ago to move the TL and noticed that my 2005's VSA button lights up when the instrument panel lights are activated.

As stated the heated mirror button isn't backlit. The VSA button should be, however.

Hahaha. I have had almost every single bulb blown out in my steer wheel and dash. All were replaced. Now the "MAX" dash lighting bulb is out and I will have the dealer replace ALL the instrument button bulbs as a measure of safety. I hever had this many bulb blow in my 97 Camry. And yes, the stupid L and R is not back lit.

aren't you suppose to adjust your mirrors before you drive? I don't see the need for it to be backlit. Just another light source that could be blown or defective to cost you money that really isn't affecting the performance of what it is controlling.my
