Can 2004 tl interior elements fit in my 2005?

Hey,
just bought a 2005 tl (base) but the interior is tan and not super fond of it.
Found a guy that would sell me seats and some if not all the interior trim in black.
just wanted to make sure it would fit in my 2005.

My car is the base model i think. No nav from what i know.(top screen is just a tiny clock which means i dont have nav from what i was able to conclude).

Thanks in advance for replies.

P.s: if i wrote or did the post wrong.....its my first day.

I'm like 99.8% certain I read elsewhere here the 2004 and 2005 interiors were identical, and the 2006 was very nearly so as well.

The 2004 seats are slightly different than 2005 so seatbelts and harnesses might not connect. Everything else is pretty much the same as far as carpet/pillars.

Welcome, Izzy,
These black trim pieces should look awesome with some tan accents.
Get the seatbelts, too.

Yeah, no NAV. Good luck!

Seat belts should work, however I think you'll have an issue with the air bag connectors for the seats, the passenger side air bag cut off was added in 2005.

Driver seat is plug and play from first hand experience.

The passenger side has different electronics.

I've done a full interior swap in my car before and as long as you get the seats and seatbelts it should be fine. On the side of the passenger seat the seatbelt mounts in a different place for 04 than it does the rest of the years (I learned the hard way) so you should only need passenger seat belt. This also means the trim piece on that side of the passenger seat is different than yours. I just ended up using clazzio covers and finding an 04 to get black parts from. I'm not sure about the airbag stuff though

I have no airbag light on so I assume so. I didn't swap the seats I just put clazzio covers on and the car I got seatbelts from had no airbags deployed and they lock up like normal so I assume they're perfectly fine still. And all the other airbags are fine you jsut swap the plastic trim pieces. But I have no idea how the seat electronic stuff works that's why I didn't mess with it and the fact good condition seats are hard to come by and will crack and rip eventually anyways
