Not the best condition but I would like some tips on turning her into a beasty beauty! New to this thanks! !

80,000 miles on her about to take her to acura for a new transmission since it's under 100k warranty

Congrats I just got a 05 base 5At TL just had a 06 RL... I'm still learning the differences between the two but I'm loving my TL right now even it's more features on the RL

It slips on the gears but it isn't very bad

wait...you just bought a car with a slipping transmission and the dealership is going to fix it? I really hope you looked into that before buying the car and do hope they agreed to fixing it.

Na it's not slipping I was wrong but thanks for your concern. I'll post picks of my car I need opinions about a touch up or a buff with whole body paint

Do you know much about detailing? Have you used Meguiers Ultimate Compund? That got out a lot of the smaller scratches on mine.

Wash>clay bar>compound>wax is what I did.

Welcome! And check out EndLess RPM especially if you need a new bumper they can get you the best price on all oem parts new in the box. Or if you get the mod bug like allot of us do it's the perfect place to cure it! It's a local vendor to so if you have any questions you can message him on here at ack05tl

dam the car is in rough shape at this point just get the trunk front and rear bumper respray.

Lol you can forget detailing. Youre at the point of repainting or touching it with DIY and live with it. Its hard to tell from the pictures if its just the paints been mistreated/neglected or if those are from little accidents. Youll need a body shop most likely if you want it to look anything like original.

congrats bro. i bought my 07 tl at 33k miles and i have 116k on it now. never had a single issue with the car. i just do regular routine maintenance. very thankful for the reliability of this car.
