BMW drivers beware!

After owning a 528 and today trading my 325 for a TL NAVI, I must tell you - this car is incredible!. Yes, it is front wheel drive. Howeever the handling is above average, DVD-Audio rocks, NAVI is the best thing ever in a car, and I just love the voice commands. I hope to test bluetooth tomorrow. The interior of this car is nicer than the Lexus LS430 (INHO).

Another happy new TL owner.

Glad to see you bought. Enjoy your car! (and invest the money you save from not buying another Bimmer)

What color did you buy? You were interested in the black, if I recall.

Yeah - ended up with black/ebony. Tough decision made a little easier when an unsold black/ebony TL rolled off the truck while I was there! Love it so far.

Feels solid and composed like a bimmer too! - Congrats on your purchase, the Navi is great, did not want it at first this summer, but switched after seeing the non-nav dash, happy I did, great system!

The TL interior is very nice but leave the drugs alone.

I have to admit that I traded a BMW 330i for my TL. WHile the 330i was a blast to drive, the interior left a lot to be desired. For one, there was absolutely no storage whatsoever. The TL interior fit and finish is much superior to the BMW. While I would put the BMW above the TL in pure driving experience, the TL is a very close 2nd. Overall, considering the whole package, the TL is #1 in my book.

bigdomer & hacksaw, so you have no regrets trading in your bimmers? I have been seriously debating trading my 325i in on the TL. Just had a baby so we need more room, plus the wife can't stand the rough ride of the BMW sport package.

None at all! Despite the actual measurements, you will be shocked at how much more room there is in the back seat (for a baby - or whoever). The TL ride is even smoother than the standard 325i suspension package. The TL interior is soooooo much nicer than my 325. I doubt that you will be disappointed. Good luck.

Absolutely no regrets here. I drive quite a bit down to CA and sometimes to CO. While the 330i is a lot of fun to tool around in around town, the TL will be much more comfortable on long trips. Plus the TL is a blast to ride around in anyways. Cheaper to insure too.

I agree it doesnt touch the LS in interior quality.

Not the mention there's a 20k+ difference in price.
