Blue hue to black paint
That is the pearl in the paint that is causing that blue in the sunlight look. You paint is still black, it definately is... just has the blue speckled pearl in it too... Personally I think it kicks ass...

To my knowledge, the last "truly" black paint color Acura had was Flamenco Black Pearl. Thats what my '97 has for its color. NO blue under the light. Very high maintainence paint though.

Besides, we don't tolerate "whoring" around these parts. That's when you post a bunch of one-line responses or smilies to increase your post count. Besides being against the rules, it takes up band width and messes up people's thread continuity.
My fellow Mega Mod, Ron A, has memorized the TL Owner's Manual and can be very helpful on the more esoteric issues. Just make sure you look in the manual before you ask or you will get the dreaded:
