For Black TL owners

Just picked up a O5 TL/Navi Black/parch, I've noticed at night when direct light is on the car, it seems like its a Dark blue color, not black. Anyone know why ?

Blue hue to black paint

That is the pearl in the paint that is causing that blue in the sunlight look. You paint is still black, it definately is... just has the blue speckled pearl in it too... Personally I think it kicks ass...

To my knowledge, the last "truly" black paint color Acura had was Flamenco Black Pearl. Thats what my '97 has for its color. NO blue under the light. Very high maintainence paint though.

Don't say "whore" or Jatt will show up and then you'll know what a REAL whore is!

You couldn't possibly be a "whore" with only one greenie.

Besides, we don't tolerate "whoring" around these parts. That's when you post a bunch of one-line responses or smilies to increase your post count. Besides being against the rules, it takes up band width and messes up people's thread continuity.

My fellow Mega Mod, Ron A, has memorized the TL Owner's Manual and can be very helpful on the more esoteric issues. Just make sure you look in the manual before you ask or you will get the dreaded:

RTFM!!!
