2 holes .. I wish I had seen this post an hour ago I had mine off and could have taken a pix.

The "A" has 2 pins with sleeves over then and they go in the holes. The "A" is leld on by double sided foam tape.

btw I need to take my rear one off (cus its upside down -- don't ask). anyways, what is the best way to take it off and put it back on so it still sticks fine. I hear using a blow dryer to heat up the glue stuff and then just a credit card to take the emblem off will do the trick.. is this right???

any help would be appreciated.

No its not right .. a credit card is going to sratch the piant up pretty good .. Use fishing line or dental floss to saw it off .. then the remaining foam/glue residue warm it with a hair dryer and roll it off with your thumb.
If thereis glue left use Goo-Gone or WD-40.

Wipe the area down with IPA and use new double sided foam 3M tape to stick it back on .. then rewax around the area.

I use a strong dental floss or fishing string to slide it behind. The process is MUCH easier with a heat gun or a hair dryer to heat up the tape and it is also easier to pull the remaining peices of the tape off after the emblem is gone.

When I took the A off I had to break those tabs, so dont know if you will be able to use it again. But then again you may be gentler than me.

I recommend using fishing tape or kite string, cuz the dental floss just kept shredding and breaking on me

Ya I used dental floss and it came off easily with no paint chip/scratching whatsoever. Then I cleaned off the remaining gunk/goo from the body with water and then rubbing alcohol to get it super clean. Then used 3m double sided foam sticky tape to reattach it (right side up ) to the car. Worked like a charm.
