Has anyone purchased wheels from Delray Acura AcuraOEMparts.com? I'm looking to purchase some new OEM rims and they have reasonable prices. Any info would be great!

Customer service was horrid on my Aspec kit. The guy called me back to tell me my order was wrong when it was not 4 times.

Him- "I am sorry sir but the 06 TL did not come in Alablaster Silver Metallic."
Me "why don't you go tell your boss that and see what he says because I have one sitting in my driveway."
Him- "ok I will call you back."

They also called back to let me know the shipping was going to be $150 more then the only pricing.

take your business somewhere else.

delray acura...horrrrible customer service... it took them 2 weeks to contact me after i placed my order,which,they didnt contact me,i had to call them,they "SAID" they sent me an email,then proceeded to tell me it would be an extra 100$ to ship it on top of it all.

i cancelled my order and blew the money..now im a-spec-less.

dont use them,they have the crappiest customer service...

ps: it took me about 6 calls to finally get some answers.

yea totally agreed w/ most here, horrible customer service.. I orderd a set of filters, shipment lost .. several calls, emails, about a wk before they ship a new set..

Same here, never had a reason to talk to customer service. You could always PM JuniorBean, he sells OEM equipment, I got my 03 CL headlights and some other OEM stuff from him.
