All Weather Mats

I have read about the all weather mats, and I'm seriously thinking of buying them since the weather is going to get nasty soon. I have parchment interior. I see I can get the 05 in camel of the 04 in black. What would you guys recomend and what is the best price going? Thanks

I would go for http://www.handaaccessories.com that's where I bought my 04 All Weather Mats and they're cheaper than at the dealer.

I have some Caramel mats coming from Curry Acura. I'm picking up my '05 DGP/Parchment on Friday. I'll try to post some pictures this weekend showing the Caramel/Parchment combination if you can wait that long.

Gump,

The mats will be the best money you'll ever spend on keeping the interior clean. FWIW, the prices are very good, but I did better when I bought my car. I used to work where I bought the car, so they hooked me up.

I love my all weather (Acura) mats! They do a great job of protecting the interior and look great with the rest of the ebony interior. There are a lot of good vendors out there that will sell it to you less than what the dealer charges.

I have the black rubber floormats in my parchment interior and they look just fine. They won't show the dirt as much as the lighter colored ones, and they somewhat match the black dashboard top. I would look at both colors before deciding.

Mats

I have them in my '04 for winter and wouldn't have it any other way.

I second the recommendation of HandA as a great place to get them. Good prices, and even better service!

My personal experience with "tan" colored (non Honda) mats is that they tend to stain and are difficult to keep looking good over time. That may or may not be true of the "caramel" color Acura mats, but something to consider.

Here's the Curry Acura link on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=4508351787

He's got a store there and has other OEM parts at good prices.

I ordered from there even though I'm in Canada. Saved about $80.

I keep my Acura all-weather mats in my car year round. I figure it's better to keep the interior protected from accidental spills and what not and it doesn't detract from the appearance of the interior.

I'll trade my black mats with anyone that has tan. Only make black in 04 and now I see they have tan in 05. Wish I would have waited, I don't care for the black mats in the Camel interior.

zax123 , how did you get them to ship to Canada? They don't have that option, did you contact them directly?

How much did it cost to have them shipped and did you have to pay GST / PST (TVQ) or duty?

The price from my dealer is $203 + tax = $233 (Canadian) or $195(US) at today's exchange rate..

TRK9:

Our company has a warehouse in the US which does regular transfer shipments to our warehouse in Canada, so I just order things and have them shipped to the US warehouse. That way I don't have to pay duty or PST/GST. The stuff kinda disappears on skids being sent to us.

Sorry I couldn't help more than that.

Acura of Escondido has them on Ebay as well. I think Curry may come out to be a couple of dollars cheaper because they offer cheaper shipping.
