I have a 06 TL with Navigation and I was thinking about getting a trunk tray. I looked at the pictures on line and it seems that the trunk tray does not have a groove for the navigation. Is there two different trunk trays? One with navi and one without navi?

Good question. When I ordered mine form AofE on ebay, they didn't ask if I had Navi or not. This leads me to believe that there is only one and it has a cutout for the Navi.

Right, there's only one trunk tray, and it has a cut-out for the navi. If you don't have navi you have some open space where the navi would have gone.

what is the weight of the trunk tray ?? What material is it made of, like is it rubber(flexible/bend) or plastic(will things slide around )?

My car came with it - seems like it's slightly thicker than rubber mats. I still have things slide around a little - but it's nice because it has a lip going around, so if something spills, it's contained. (bag of pellet stove fuel in my case)

It's made of a flexible plastic/rubber material and is very light. It's not super slick so things shouldn't slide around too much. It's a nice accessory.
