About to purchase new 06 TL
Hey guys,
This is my first post here and I think the information is great!
I am about to purchase a 2006 Acura TL Black/Black interior, Navigation, mud guards, and body side moldings for an out the door price of $34,500. I'm considering the lip spoiler and seeing what kind of deal I can get for that. I'm probably gonna get it in about a week or two since I'm out of town but I can't wait to pick it up. I considered the G35 and Audi 3.0L A4 but overall in my opinion (and with much research) you get so much for your money with Acura as everything except navi is standard and the resale value is phenomenal.

Don't get the Spoiler from the Dealer. They want $600 dollars for a piece of plastic or $800 for the wing. Way too much. You can get them from TrimKing on ebay for less than $200.

My wife and I just purchased a NAVI Black/Black TL with body side moldings and Rear deck lid spoiler for a hair under 35K.
We are not to sure if we like the look of the body side molding but we wanted to try and minimize door dinks. Went with the lid spoiler because we wanted to be a little different and didn't like the look of the wing on the TL. Added some OZ ultraleggera 17" wheels and Dunlop Sportmaxx tires.
What a nice car, easily the best car we've owned. (We’ve downsized from the Honda Pilot).
We test drove the BMW 335XI (loved the handling but tight quarters in rear, not too sure about reliability)
Test drove the Accord and didn't like the body flex. (I've always like Honda and had a 91 Accord EX at one time)
Test drove the 07 Camry SE (not bad, nice motor, fairly firm ride but my wife felt too small in it)
Test drove the TSX. (Liked the ride and handling and front seats but a bit too narrow and tight in the back)
Glad I talked my Wife into trying the TL. See was hesitant because her boss at work has one and didn't want her to think she was copying her.

Well the 07 Camry is much BIGGER than the TL. Its basically a full-size car. We own a 07 Camry XLE V6 w/Nav and the 06 TL.
I don't see how your wife thought it was small when its much larger?

I said My Wife felt too Small in the camry, I think that would mean that it is bigger.
I may have went for the Camry but she is the primary driver of the car so in the end she has to feel comfortable in it.

That price is awesome!!! I got a quote for just under $35,000 without the "protection pack" (splash guards, wheel lock, trunk tray). I live in California in Los Angeles County. Where are you buying TL from?
