Today my TL turned six. 67k miles on the clock and probably the best car I've owned overall. Its had oil changes, a new set of brakes and rotors, one engine mount, and that about it aside from a couple steering wheel lights I need to get around to changing. Nothing not normal maintenance stuff that wasn't under warranty, and the engine mount was really the only issue there.

However its getting older and a little long in the tooth. Basically stock right now. I added an isimple and a rear sway bar. What would you do to refresh the car and make it feel new all over again?

 

change the way it looks. add an aspec kit.

 

+1 for aspec kit. maybe a type-s spoiler? new wheels and tires come to mind too, if you happen to have any curbing.

Aspec suspension - I just did this and it really improved the handling. I didn't do the full body kit.

 

Are you looking for aesthetic or performance enhancements?

 

Mostly aesthetic I suppose. I'm pretty happy with the engine performance. I'm trying to ward off the new car itch.
