I just need to know that since it's an Elite, (what we will be looking at) will I be pulling 9.5 soccer moms, or is that just the beauty luxury of Acura and their RDX elite?

Damn. That's pretty cool. I'd lost track of RHCP years ago. Didn't realize they were doing new stuff, nor that they had a new guitarist. But that song is pretty groovy. And a video with longboarders?!? That's the business.
Dude, whole album on a loop going on 3 weeks now.

Well since no one is gang banging in here...
I was able to check out a new NSX just the other day. Bright silver exterior, red calipers, dark grey wheels, all black interior and fully optioned out. Number 131.
I must admit, I always thought people were nuts when they said they thought the interior was a bit meh. I thought it looked awesome in photos. But then sitting in it, I must admit, I was kind of dissapointed. It did feel a bit drab- maybe a two tone interior would look much better but yeah, it didn't feel like a car that starts at 206k here.
It has what seems like a major design faux pas. The navi/stereo screen is angled upwards, just like it was in the 1G NSX. You don't actually look at the screen head on (in the 1G it was just a plain stereo, but when guys swapped in touch screen units, they would get glare issues due to the angle). It seems the 2G might be the same issue, but right out of the factory. Even if not, it seems strange to look at the screen at an angle.
Anyway, as mentioned, the car had the full carbon package (car is owned by the dealership owner, not surprisingly. They were allotted two and he bought one lol). If I had disposable money like that, I would actually get the car without any of the carbon, save for the roof. Of all the pieces, the roof is the only glossy piece of carbon. The rest has that matte dry carbon look, but you don't even notice it on the car unless you're blatantly staring at it. It just looks like black plastic from even like 6 feet away. Even the steering wheel is half carbon and you barely even notice. I also didn't like how big the carbon weave pattern was. It seemed large compared to what I'm used to seeing. If you're a mega baller and can afford, yeah, option that bish out. But if you're a bit more frugal, save yourself the 35-40k.
The wheels and brakes... Omg. So nice. The carbon ceramic rotors are ginormous and the wheels are definitely sexy. They suit the car so well. I remember reading that all the body vents are functional, however, I was confused by the vents on the front fenders. You can see inside them and they seem to be completely sealed off from the front wheel well. I even jammed my hand in there and it felt closed off
if they're not functional, they seem kind of cheesy.
The paint itself looked fantastic. I didn't think I'd love the NSX in that color, but boy was I wrong. The exterior overall does seem pretty nice. The front looks more aggressive than the rear, but overall, the design looks good in person.
Being a tall motherfucker, I found I could comfortably sit in the car. The seats were comfortably and well bolstered. I had decent leg room, though as always, my legs were a bit skooshed, but that happens to me in every sporty car. Im sure sitting in it for a few hours wouldn't be an issue. I made sure to pay attention to the A pillar, as Acura said they did their best to keep the visisibility as good as it was in the 1G. The pillar was indeed thin, however, because I'm a tall motherfucker, the top of the pillar (when it was near horizontal) created a large blind spot for me. If my torso was 2 inches shorter, it likely wouldn't be an issue.
Overall, it is a nice car, but I would definitely look at other options very closely before this thing. Not that it matters. Because I'll likely never have money like that anyway
