Does anyone do more than 5% off on black Friday, for car parts?

Usually happens when doing military press improperly etc...
I've found if you take some heavy dumbells and kinda roll onto the bench, it'll click something.
Also, nothing really fixes it but time and NOT fucking with it further

Dude, I fucking HATE this feeling...
it feels like you wish someone could put their foot through your sternum to push your spine back.

I think the muscles are just really sore around that part of my spine, after it was misaligned for a good 8 or 9 hours. Since nothing cracked this morning, I'm secretly hoping that by Friday I feel ok. I'm booking a chiro appointment now, for Friday. I'm hoping I can just cancel it by the time Friday rolls around.
I appreciate the advice though, guys.

Whoa, 20% off air management is pretty crazy.
5% off coils... is kind of.. meh. I guess if you were already looking to buy coilovers, the savings is a definite plus. But it's not enough for someone who wasn't exactly looking to buy soon to jump off the couch and start ordering. I guess the markups must be pretty slim on that stuff. I thought they'd be much more.

i believe i have a base rsb sitting in my garage...i gave my six speed one away and some how got a base in return lol

I've never had something like this before though. I've never really had any back issues, that I can recall. On Monday, I went for a nice long deep tissue massage- I have to empty out my work health spending account before Dec 31, so hey, why not go for a nice deep tissue massage. The girl worked me. But I felt so good after. I was expecting sore muscles the next day, but, come the following morning and I get out of bed and a few vertebrae feel like they've been compressed. Cue sad music and me laying in the fetal position, sucking my thumb.

I suffer from various back ailments.. even slipped disc.. what helped me the most was swimming.. I recommend it to everyone.

I hear swimming is great for a lot of ailments, asthma included. It helps that it's so low impact. I hear people with arthritis start swimming a lot and it helps them tremendously too
