Speaking of Metal Health Care (I assume you just had a typo and meant to type "metal")...
I got a new phone and it's all not set up correctly yet. So I'm in the car with WagonJr tonight and my music is just sort of shuffling through the bazillions of songs. We're stopped at a light and Black Sunshine comes on and I start thinking, "Damn, I haven't heard this in decades".
Right about then, I feel the car start swaying around and I look back and Jr is like rocking out/headbanging. I asked him what he's doing and he says, "I'm dancing" I asked if he liked the music and he said he did.
If I had emotions, that probably would have brought a tear to my eye.
Then some Lil' Wayne garbage came on about fucking bitches and selling crack and I had to do the sly track skip action to some Hendrix which was also cool.

Go spend time with fam / friends that you haven't seen in a while.
Really just check out and do some soul searching
For me that's family and time out on the ocean.. diving, fishing, drinking tons of beer and eating fresh sashimi.
If you can only do a staycation because you're whipped, get out and do some shit you haven't done before
get a fantasy room at Edmonton mall and jack it wearing a pink princess outfit, I hear that's popular
find a comedy show, catch some live sport events, even a collegiate game.. I'm sure the local college hockey games are a hoot

That's what killed Brian Cells. He was my best friend in high school and he wanted to try marijuana at a party. I told him it wasn't a good idea but he did it anyway. The older kids loaded up a thing called a hypo bong and Brian injected one marijuana. He went crazy and thought he was an orange and if anyone touched him he would explode into orange juice. He started freaking out and wanted to go home but we were still playing extreme jenga so he called a cab and when it came near, the license plate said BPD-6204 and there was a parking pass on the mirror. Well he got about halfway home and then got out of the moving cab on the George Jefferson bridge and jumped over the edge because he thought he could fly.
5 years later he was walking to class at university in Montana, slipped on some frozen moose piss ice, and cracked his head open. Ded.
His first marijuana killed him.

Mosquitos don't really bother me much. I'll get bit every once in a while but when I'm out with the family MamaWagon and WagonJr get attacked something fierce and I just LOL because they don't bug me (dad joke).
Jr was asking why I don't get bit and I told him that it's because I'm bitter and my blood is mostly alcohol and that him and mom are sweet so the mosquitos like them better.
Well, last few times we've been at the park, he's covered head to toe in bug spray and starts declaring that since he's not getting bit that he's bitter like Papa now!
It was humorous and I found amusement in it at an audible level.
