I was thinking about getting a business degree once. But then I thought, it wasn't words, just images, that overwrote my eyesight. It's the eclipse, similar to the one when Christ was on the cross. No clock or calendar involved, it is a sign in the sky. I only got words because I was keeping it private, along with the feeling of a deck screw tip being pressed into my larynx. I'm fairly sure we'll notice the elite going into the DUMBs before the eclipse, they'll probably try to use a gun grab as cover though. Sorry man, getting lotto numbers is darkside.

You cucks ever use one of those Rug Doctor machines? I have a Bissell for carpet cleaning, but wanted to try a Rug Doctor to see if it's better. The little one is starting to crawl and I want the carpet cleaned. If the Rug Doctor don't work, I may just call a professional.

I bought a Bissell because the Rug Doctors just do an okay job. FWIW, I think they're about the same.

Hiring a company to come by with the big truck is marginally better, but I still don't like it much. If you've ever pulled up/replaced carpet and seen how much dirt falls down beneath it... I'm convinced that carpet cleaners just pull all that crap back up through the carpet and don't really clean it.

Tile is where it's at if you're really concerned. Otherwise, the dirt and dust and stuff down at carpet level will make the little one's immune system better. Make them stronger!

Yea. I had them come out once about a year ago or so, (maybe a little longer). I was vacuuming and I'm like damn look at all this shit I'm picking up. I won't waste my time with a Rug Dr. then.... I figured the truck mounted ones were better. The plan is to eventually replace the carpet downstairs with laminate or hardwood. Had laminate in our last house and I liked it. But, I have to focus on replacing the tile in my kitchen because some of the tiles are starting to crack. (Shitty job by the company who installed it for the previous owner) You can tell in certain places that they didn't put enough thinset.

Back in October, I think. Actually... I had a couple living with me initially (and their two dogs)... I ended up evicting them in January. I've never met two more toxic people before in my life... they would break up every other week, scream some horrendous stuff (the guy would say stuff that I would never dare say to an S.O.), and somehow they'd get back together... one of their dogs destroyed my place... trashed both couches and my coffee table (thanks damage deposit!), and the final straw was after the cops came to my house twice in one week in January... and the guy subsequently stealing my N64 and selling it on CL because he was too useless to hold a job and kept getting fired...

seriously, none of these warning signs were there when I signed them. they swore up and down that both dogs were trained- seemed good too when they met Toby for the first time and chilled together for like an hour- they both had jobs, they were together, etc... but it was a quick downhill slope for the both of them.

They apparently finally broke up for good on January 21. That evening I noticed my N64 went missing (it was sitting on my coffee table when cops were there, I come home, notice its gone. Tore through the entire house, nowhere to be found. wtf). She left back to Ontario on the 21st. He was still around. On the 22nd, I came home and told him to pack up his $hit and get out. He had the audacity to call me a terrible person... after he stole from me, trashed my house, and treated his ex like complete dirt. Heh. Wow.

New guy moved in... on January 22nd, the same day I evicted the other. He's pretty young- had a house with a girl he was together with, for 7 years... until she told him she didn't love him anymore and told him he should probably leave. Ouch. He wasn't supposed to move in until Feb 1, but his situation go really messed up, so I got him in early. It's been all good since.
