I had pizza day at work, about a week ago... they order in like 40-50 pizzas and tell everyone to go at it... and I'm watching these fuckers cram their faces with that oh so delicious melty cheese and toasty fluffy crust and all the other goodness... and I'm like.. Here's a tip, cook up the chicken and rice with some extra liquid, like coconut water, just enough so it's still pliable but juicy. Then place it on some parchment or cling wrap and wrap it up to form a tube like shape. Pop that thing in the freezer for a couple hours until is frozen through and then go fuck yourself with that Paleo bullshit.
