J.. it's fucking logic. Don't listen to these cockgobblers (NHTSA, AAP, etc) who say you must abide by this and that. Personally, I'd wait until +20 something lbs, and is at least pressing her feet against the back of the seat.
The primary reason kids sit rear seated is most impacts are frontal collisions. The fact is, a bad rear end collision puts them at considerable risk facing the rear. Whether they seat snaps forward and smashes their face violently, or the car pushes into the open space.
You should think if there's a bigger risk of you or B getting in a frontal or rear-end accident. Some will say the rear is the best regardless and they're ignorant fucks. There was a recent accident where the car was completely trash compacted in the rear.. two babies in the back. Everyone thought they were dead, but mom had them front facing. Only reason they survived was the shell of the car seat kept the body of the car from crushing them. If they were rear-facing.. no way.
Anyways, safety first. Lots to consider.. buy a tank, with a LSA.

The genius moment of Ford making the Accord was made here...on AZ. Somebody, not gonna say who, brilliantly suggested that the Ford Mustang and the Honda Accord are IDENTICAL. You cannot tell them apart.
