I should have known better. When looking at the pics, I recognized his license plate. I realized that I looked at one of his Legends before, about 3 years ago (he's apparently on his 4th one now). He was asking 10k for the car and it was in pretty brutal shape. Like, the fender was spray bombed after it was damaged and repaired, the seats were reupholstered but the leather didnt match, under the hood looked like a nightmare, etc.
The pics posted made this thing look awesome, but white can be such a deceiving color until viewed up close. Plus, the history and mileage of the car made me think it was in better shape than it was. oh well. I'll be tearing it up in the Miata on my way home from work, with a big grin on my face

Maybe, but I can't confirm. They're so rare and old by now that I think most people don't overly care about them and as such, neglect the hell out of them. If he didn't do it, likely the previous owner did. It's not like you get much choice when it comes to that car. You take what you can get.

This guy isn't a kid. He's just living in fantasy land. Guaranteed he's trying to keep tabs on my activity. After I said check out his flickr, he deleted it. See if you can open it up again. Anyways.. I know who this fucker is and what's funny is I still haven't figured him out. He yearns for accolades and camaraderie, which Acurazine has somehow given him. He actually has money, but not as much as he wants others to believe. He generally has an interest in cars, but barely knows how to drive them, and nil about how they work past the marketing brochure.
Anyways, on all his other accts.. same MO. He writes the same, same sensational headlines and claims (not as dramatic though, he's in need of attention, possible recent divorce or has always lived with his mother), same photo acct (flickr), and he always deletes them. He's deleted 4 other accts, luckily I saved all that ish. Anyways, I'm slowly collecting moar info and letting him have carte blanche (J) so we have a nice win at the end of this... so far.. I'm just in for light lulz.

Can you actually get sued for putting 2 and 2 together? Suing someone up North is totally different than down South.
We don't have the ability to sue someone for countless millions unless it can be proven (and it has to be solid, unrefutable proof) that damage has occurred. and even so, you can only sue for the actual damages. You can't be like "he caused me emotional distress. I want 10 million".
Here it would be like "he caused me emotional distress. My Psych fees were this, my prescription fees were this, my etc, etc, was this, I'm suing for $5000, because that's all I really lost"
