Which? The "do others flash their headlights at you?" Thread?

I'm half tempted to go in there and be like "Hey, you know that plastic, six inch rod sticking out, just behind your steering wheel? No, not the one used for signaling. The OTHER one. Yeah, that's the one. Pull it towards you. There we go. Now people will stop flashing their headlights at you."

Fuck, I don't even know. I'm sitting in my office, pretending to hold a steering wheel and pulling rods. Aaah yeah. Those rods feel good in my hands. Just pull them. Just a little more. Oooooh shit. That's the spot. Right there. Aaaaw yeah, keep it going...

I honestly wouldn't mind an older gen RDX. Been talking the GF into potentially getting one. I definitely see it as a chick's car or a mom CUV.

Bro. Brah. Bruh.

Spend more time in the 1G RDX section. You'll see how manly it is there. How fast the RDX is. All them carbon driveshafts and up sized turbos. Breaking necks in the 1/4 mile.

I actually meant that RDX self-indulgent peter beater thread... But right about the same time the antiques in RLX seem to have gotten salty as well.

So I guess it's like killing two girls with one cup; or however that saying goes.

Oh, and I was entirely serious in my response as well. I may have taken some artistic license and made it a bit more flowery story, but the fact is people hardly ever aim their head lamps with a representative dead weight in the driver seat.

Oh well, F'em. :wankwanktoss:

Plus, they seem to have a serious hate-boner for any non-RLX plebe that dare enter their E-Gates. As if you could ever fathom to know how their superior vehicle units work.

So I've got a fucking coolant leak. Lol.

"Hire a professional" they said. "It'll be great" they said.

It's leaking at the thermostat housing. Gonna have to drain it and reinstall. Such a PITA.

I bet they installed the thermostat backward or upside down. Took me a minute to figure out it'll only go into properly one way!

Hey, look on the bright side, better there than leaking at the water pump side!

Say...Frantz...you ain't got a grand layin around to buy an exhaust for that baby? I think the Gods are crazy but trying to tell you something!

^Exactly. Other than a hose this is the best place for a leak. It's very small too. I'm driving on it no problem. Still pisses me off though.

I had my friend text the tech who did it and he replied back with "Probably the thermostat if there's a leak. Dried up coolant was so caked in there I was chipping away at it for 45 minutes. Thought I got it all. If the coolant is blue that's it. If it's green it's residual."

So maybe I've had a small leak there for a while...

Nah I smelled it. Popped the hood, looked around, and found the top of the trans was a little "blue".

I know that smell all too well. The jdm H22 I swapped into my old Prelude had a small leak that I ignored for over a year. Used to smell it all the time! Lol

Took way longer than expected to fix my father's radio in the stang. It was supposed to be a 15 minutes thing...

Fuses are ok, connectors are connected properly, 12v to 5v also ok for the amp on, speakers are connected in the doors... only thing it could be would be the amps for front speakers are blown. This is why I hate electronic T_T

PB, you connect a single speaker direct to headunit? (asuming you have one laying around). Trace your way back...is there a fuse for the amps internal board? Take it apart, look for something fried.

Joe...awesome news.

Last night:
J: Nonchalantly mention 'hey, there's a 6MT Vagon in the color I love...and not overpriced'
B: You were looking again?
J: No, someone...SOMEONE posted a link in Acurazine that I stumbled on.
B: So, yes you were looking...
Silence...Silence...
J: Yeah but this is a great combo and the one I want...if I sell both...
B: Cuts me off to say 'I'm going to bed'

I swear, I should get an Ashley Madison account...it'll go over easier.
