Hey, this guy graduated at the bottom of his class.. let's give him a shot. He probably knows just enough to understand what's going on, and probably partied his way through school so he's cool to be around.

Even though he's an imbecile, let's make him manage the project and pay 2-3x the hard working grunts salary, plus 250% bonus and profit sharing. He'll plunge us far past feasibility, kill planning and pressure everyone to still make target.

He'll pull everyone into 4-1hr meetings daily to make sure everyone knows what they're doing, and question them on how they do it, to ensure they understand that he doesn't know shit even though they spoon feed him.

While everyone makes up the wasted time in meetings by working into the wee hours daily putting in 80-100 hr weeks. He'll be sure to clock out at 4:45PM daily (to beat the stressful traffic of course), except Friday where he cuts out at 3PM, so he can have a life and be well rested to fuck everyone elses upcoming work week.
