There was a point when Canadians dominated the moderators' ranks in numbers. Must've been the cheap labor.

Pretty sure the minimum wage in the US states is still under $10.

obama is working on that minimum wage BS. yeah it's still under 10 federal but some states/cities have upped it to 15. Minimum wagers are probably the ones putting 87 in their TLs.. :P

Their life circumstances just fucked them in the ass.

Or in the vag and now they have kids they can't afford.

Doesn't mean they can't read the sticker on the inside of the fuel door.

Yeah I've heard about Seattle having a $15 minimum wage. Always a good thing, no matter what the tards think.

I'm pretty sure minimum wage workers shouldn't be running a V6. That said, I'm thinking it's the people right after the minimum wage people that buy a TL and want to put 87 in the tank. Ballin'!

Well I'm a broke university student making 15.21 an hour and God forbid a drop of 87 enter my fuel tank. 91 only, religiously.

Yeah.. I'm insulting those educated /hard working ones by associating nfn/rusty with them.

I think a big opposition to the minimum wage laws is how they would affect the small businesses.. If they small businesses have to start paying their employees 50% more, then that cuts into their bottom line and some can no longer stay profitable.. But as for McDonalds... fuck them, pay your people more so they stop messing up my order.. (and just overall have better standards of living, but more importantly my order..)

They got 2+ years to figure their shit anyway. All the companies I've worked for I've seen money thrown out the windows even if there's minimum wage workers that would die for some of that money.
North American companies are terrible at spending money on their employees. Oh the capitalist mentality...

Well considering the amount of people that will regularly claim "McDonald's is a temporary job that you have until you find something better" and have very little idea on what the job market is actually like, especially for people in their early 20s...

Its frustrating because if you look at the Canadian economy for example, people keep throwing around gains in the job market this year, but when you look closely its primarily temporary positions, which means lack of benefits and security.

Agree with you. Lots of temp positions, no benefits, no security, no special health plans etc etc. Moving employees like you're changing undies.

I love how no matter how big the actor, they were there to give credit to the show and not their own acting career...I loved that big names were pretending to be other big names...not self serving at all.

Shoot...3 minute introduction for Eddie Murphy, then 20 seconds of him...

Even honored Hartman, Belushi, Farley...was very awesome.

Vice versa, I like beer so any reason is good. Should have seen the face of people when I brought a 24 at my great grandma funeral. All jealous!

He's back on the market, so he's probably getting some undivided attention.
