I don't mind someone who makes a mistake, It fucking annoys me to no extent when they keep making the same mistake.

I really don't vibe with people who pat themselves on the back.. it's like, I ask you a simple question, I don't need to hear your fucking resume to give yourself some credibility, only to get some dumbass answer that's not even relevant. Generally people who aren't humble..

If someone comes up to me and gives a little bitch fit.. I laugh. I don't take shit from anyone. I'm not insubordinate.. criticism is fine.. but if someone wants to make it into something, I'll hold the bathroom door open.. or take an early lunch to the parking lot. Fortunately I've been part of a few great groups and my shit tight yo!

Word, I'm right there with you. My biggest peeve is when people don't own their mistakes and constantly make excuses while constantly performing below average at best. Fuckin incompetence.

Careful with that.. don't burn a bridge and don't throw people under the bus. I took some solid advice in this regard and it's been pretty beneficial. Bosses might get axed or migrate, and I'll tell you.. they don't give a fuck about taking anyone with them. Those retards might know how to survive and that means getting enough of the derps around to convince whoever they need to that you're the low man on the pole. Sometimes some of those derps are friends with those who have some power as well.. or get into a power position.. industry is too fluid. This awesome manager isn't making us any money, is it our product? Can't be.. let's move some derp in his position and see if things change.

A good manager should point it out to ensure it doesn't happen again and to find a solution to it. If they can't see the weakest link, prove it behind closed doors. When the time comes.. and it will come, action should be taken.

for me.. 1-on-1 time.. I just say, I don't have confidence in that individual to carry that duty. If my manager asks why, I have several examples to back it up, but I don't give some ultimatum like.. I won't work with that fucker because they're an imbecile.. if you give them that project, I quit.

Haha yeah I can probably afford to be a little bit more careful. I've made far more friends than enemies though. I'm just not afraid to point something out when I see that it's wrong, in the most professional, polite, and courteous way that I possibly can.

I'm just having an overload of derps today. And I work at one of those places where they give you way too much rope. There have been some derps that have worked here for over 5 years, making huge mistakes consistently. Makes me feel like my job is secure. But at the same time, they give these guys so much rope that I want to hang myself with it at times when they aren't held accountable.

Cool, ima work with you. Fucking girls at work, "oh hey I did that I know it's a mistake but now how do I fix it". Yeah big deal, it's only the 10th time you made that same exact mistake in the past week, despite the procedure being written straight in the notes... on the sheet you're holding... that you're now handing me to fix

It's an attempt at humor/being a dick to you.

You say you open by saying something dumb. I said that you have to stop at some point, and that we're still waiting for you to stop.
