And then eat the dependants.

I like you.

What good is tax money if you have to spend it on food?

To each their own. As for me, I'd rather take the extra in my check each week and save/invest it. Beats whatever my tax return would be every time - except for the years I claimed name-brand wearing piglets.

Dammit. I was wondering how I'd make money with them. I wish I didn't send payment already

"More" as in you aren't paying the money in taxes to the Guv, which they return to you come Tax Season as a, well, "return". That is *your* money they were holding and didn't pay you any interest on (but you bet they earned some interest on it).

If you don't give that to them each pay check, you can invest it and earn non-zero interest.

So, yes, the base amount is the same here or there, but *you* can earn more in interest if you keep it in your pocket and not theirs.

Although, getting a return works for some people. It is nice to get that little bonus once a year. Until you realize that you could have made a few dollars in interest had you kept it up front. But if one tends to "spend before they get it", having it up front can be dangerous.

One can rationalize that "lost" interest as the "cost of doing business" of using the Gov as a forced savings method.

Like Franch said, to each their own.

My CPA suggested I call him in September to check on finances and if need be, change withholdings to zero so I don't pay the gubmint any more than necessary.. brilliant..

if i didn't know any better, i'd say that game was stacked against the Panthers... from the botched FG attempt.. to the fumble'd TD .... to what did the number end up being, 7?!?!?! sacks on Newton... ouch..

8 sacks I think, the Panthers didn't see a defense that good all year, they played in a week division and against the weakest AFC division, AFC south. Houston has a decent defense but not when they played the Panthers.

Jeremy is around. He's probably just being a grown up and actually working his job.

Justn is around in spirit. Motherfucker won't post, or, does ghost posts at best.
