Yeah, but the rule you quoted said he can't sell them for more than retail. I think retail is like $1200, or some shit, from Acura. So even though he's greasy as fuck selling them so soon and at a higher price than he paid, it's still under retail.
I mean, the vendor he got it from is a secondary type vendor who obviously got the wheels on a blow out from Acura. But that doesn't necessarily constitute as retail... Again, I keep thinking MSRP, but the rules aren't exactly clear on what they mean by "retail". Is it the price HE paid, or the price they would go for from acura?

Some piece of work bought new Acura wheels for 400US (apparently came to 600US with the exchange rate and shipping- cus he lives in Canaduh) and is now flipping them for $840 here on AZ.

I mean, I don't think there's anything wrong with what EITHER of them are doing but if that guy got those wheels BECAUSE of that thread in this forum where the guy gave everyone a heads up and then is trying to rape a forum member buy double his money. At the very least we can agree that it's not very nice. Fair enough?

Well, honestly, if he goes on the mission of buying them and then having to market, wait for money, pack up and ship them...I don't blame him for marking up.
What does suck about that is that 3 other members would have been able to get a great deal on them and enjoy them themselves...ones that might not have the financial means otherwise.
