The second car in front of me slammed and veered left, the car directly in front of me veered right, I slammed, locked up, and stayed true to the lane. But 70mph/downslope made it too close for comfort. The snow tires certainly didn't help matters either.

Yea 5 years is a long time but it's good Motul fluid.

Speaking of snow tires... it's finally time to put the aspecs back on! Short winter season this year. Unfortunately I curbed them so bad last year I've gotta get two of them powdered. The other two are fine but have a couple of chips. So I was considering having them all redone to a different color. I'm just not sure what. Currently rocking that LFA/hyper silver look.

I know, but ultimately even the best fluid has a service life. I'm guessing that mogul stuff is DOT 5.1, yes? No sure how you normally drive, but I'd imagine after 30k miles under some semi aggressive driving, that fluid would be reaching it's life expectancy. Just guessing. If your fluid reservoir isn't dark, maybe it's still ok.

Yea it's Motul 5.1. I haven't checked in a while but I don't recall the fluid being too dark. And I haven't had any issues. So I've just put it off. I'm a fairly aggressive driver though so I'm sure it's time.

New pads and fluid only totaled like $200 or something. I'll do it this spring.

Who got the white Accord here? I skimmed through like 60 pages this morning and can't remember.

Shit looks pretty dope.

Nice. I really don't understand Honda right now. That car looks better than any of the Acura's. Although the TLX has been growing on me more and more.

So have the Q50's. Doesn't someone in here own one of those?

S5 > S4 > Q50S > A6 > 135i > TLX is my current list.

I bought the white Accord.

After debating back and forth on different vehicles.

I believe a couple people have the Q50 on the forum.

I thought it was a 3GR regular. A white hybrid I think. I'm probably confused though.

Nice buy Flip.

Thank you Johnny.
Yes, Dennis, Houston guy with the BB S2000, had an Anthracite TL with 3 stock wheels, and now has a new(ish) Q50S Hybrid getting about 120 mpg.

Yes, now that I'm over the last milestone that we look forward to. 25, to be able to rent a car. I pretend my birthday doesn't exist. I lie alone in a room with a bottle of jack and my right hand to jack and wait for death to come quickly.

But really, HH tonight at a friend's backyard...they call it ghetto happy hour...but it's in my honour. Tomorrow, my buddy's wife's 50th at their house...live band he hired, great food. Sunday, BBQ at a local park with wife and kid and probably my Dad.

I don't have jack stands...

I use my peen to lift my car and work under it.

But seriously, I don't own jack stands, I usually use my dads since he has room in his garage.

and remember to remove the wheels and rest the brake rotors on the bricks, for extra support. Hood stylez.
