That's part of the reason why I do more reading than posting on here. I'm not as knowledgable as a lot of the members here on certain things so I try to read and learn what I can. Tons of good info here from members that really know their stuff but the bickering and excess back and forth takes away from the learning experience.

Either way, props to Justn for even tackling that project.

Nah. It's a syrup made out of loquat fruit. It's not horrible tasting either IMO. I've recommended it to gwai-lo peeps and those that have taken it have agreed it works.

Well, you do live in Florida and so, I think dryness is not an issue.

The syrup I suggested is awesome against the dry cough/hack you get towards the later stages of a bad cold...and up here, where it's horrendously dry, the cough attacks can be brutal.

The loquat syrup works nicely and better than any other standard cough syrup I can buy from the big drug companies.



But, give it a shot if you do ever need something to remedy a bad cough. It's readily available in most Asian grocery stores. Heck, even some of the gwai-lo grocers here carry it.
