Too many conference calls today.

 

Yeah, I have back to back 1.5 hr calls in the morning.. take one at home, one on the road.. I was full throttle at one point and they're like, are you at the drag strip?

Best call I was on, it sounded like one of our guys was driving a 458 (design engineer from Italy). We were like.. are you driving a Ferrari. He didn't answer, probably too loud.

 

J, I'm an island boy.. leave it at that.

 

One of the things I am really bad at...is hiding my anger/frustration...being politically correct.

I swear on my Dad's grave, I probably put in 1000% effort today (took deep breaths...everything) and my team still said, when I made my counterpoints on the call, the edge was still in my voice.


But, I'll say this: don't EVER f*cking go to my meeting and NOT read the ONE PAGE summary I sent out 2 days prior and then say that it is too wordy and not enough bullets when the entire page is pretty much point-form. WTF. So, I had to grit my teeth and READ the whole summary out-loud to all the callers and as nicely as possible (which my team said did not sound nicely as possible at all), I asked the person who said it was too wordy and not point-form enough...WAS THAT SENTENCE/STATEMENT TOO WORDY?

 

Calm down, Arheddis. The world is full of broccoli and there's nothing you can do about it except walk the peaceful path of acceptance.

 

I would have just kicked his ass.

Don't give me some BS that it has not enough point-form (WTF, it IS point-form you fat whale) and is too wordy. For real? She is the estrogen-vat that goes on and on and on and on and on in a call to take 34143471320 words when a 5-words would've gotten her point across.

One positive is that my team is extra diligent today...seeing how I'm on a warpath right now.

I know of a few who are pretty much here to collect a check.. if the company and management aren't doing anything about it, sobeit. But don't fucking come around my area sponging up my time that keeps this company running and fat sausage down your suckhole.
