I'm going to pull the 5MM spacers off the back of the S, at speed, I'm getting this vibration at 80mph and I'm positive it's that. Since aluminum lugs that aren't strong enough to center the weight, and the 5MM spacers are just thick enough to hide the hub, I don't think the they're centered.
On the TL, I'll probably swap to the oem crank pulley to see if that weird thing I felt goes away...then install the 7MM spacers on the rear.
My favorite...car stuff!

Good stuff, J. Do you get that same vibration in the S when you're sideways?

Yeah...honestly, I try and sit straight when I'm driving though...
I was iffy about so few aluminum threads holding the rear wheels too...we shall see. I'm positive that when I test drove her with NO spacers on the car, it was perfect. I was thinking about getting a camber kit for the rear to bring the top of the wheel out since I have some room...then again, I don't really need it...the camber has to be 2.5 or less from the looks of it.

Nicely done, Dennis...fk yes...5 weeks of 4 day work weeks. Can't go wrong there!
Franch, I have no idea what I'm doing. Sh*t pops into my head and I post it before I even have a chance to think about it...
I appreciate you finding it funny though...

p.s. all J series motors are internally balanced. The extra weight on the stock dampener just absorbs excess vibrations, but those vibrations shouldn't be that noticeable in the car with a lightweight pulley.
I had a lightweight pulley on my J30 accord 6MT for 5 year. Zero issues. Revved much quicker. Well worth it, IMO.

But, I'd take Ashley Force Hood (even though she's not IndyCar) over Danica anyday.

yes, misfire(s) will trigger CEL(s)...
for some reason I want to think its the mounts going bad...now if you start getting vibrations while driving as well then it will be tougher to troubleshoot...
as for the lightweight CR, I know in some cars they acted like a harmonic balances and in the J23/35 (not sure of the J30/J37) we had an internal balancer or something (again I have not done my research on this other than just reading what other members had to post and this was almost 7 years back (back in early 2008))...just make sure the S2000 engine is internally balanced or it wont be a good ride anymore....

Also, if you guys do want to replace the OE crank pulley, I think fluidampr or another company makes a crank pulley for the J. It's evenly balanced like the billet crank pulley but it has a fluid / gel damper that helps with the bangs and knocks that the OE crank pulley took care of. It's a very nice balance between shaved weight and dampening.

The TLX GT looked really quick in the video they posted on IG. Interested to see more.

PWC is the tits.. if you guys haven't seen a race go down in person, dooo eeeettt!! Fucking fantastic. Team Acura is no joke too. I have no gloryhole for the TLX / Acura / Honda.. TLX looks okay, otherwise meh. But I fucking guarantee you.. those guys won't be at the back of the pack. They are competitive as fuck in GT. I saw them the past two years here.. top ten finishes.. I think like 8 and 9.. out of 20+. The GT class isn't for slouches either.

PWC is my favorite, I go every year for the opening here in St Petersburg...
Im really pulling for them this year, RTR has put Acura on the map over the last 10 years for performance and winning championships.
KPAX isn't running the Volvo this year and really upped their game with the McLaren's
Also, enjoy the Traxxis trucks... That was interesting haha!
