that's actually the only way it would be more annoying 
Honestly, I don't mind it.. I just hate hover over navigation pull downs in general. I think the Forum Jump pull down was fine. I'm a stickler for presentation and navigability. I think it's useful but makes the site look too busy / cluttered. Since we already have the Forum Jump, I don't see a need for it. Rather have it simple and neat.. that and $8 will buy you a handy from Justn.
