Seriously...after gymming, I'm still fuming. What sort of idiot does that? And I suppose, idiot enough to leave it like that so that I can go apeshit over it. Wow.

I had an F250 with a trailer hitch receiver park on my front bumper...I noticed he was close but got distracted talking to my mom and left without checking. Saw a nice big square the next day. My battle scar...proud of it!

My Mom told me that my Dad used to keep licorice in his car...he's eat some and hock up the biggest blackest loogie he could on the person's windshield.

Shoot, speaking of ghetto...when I met Betty we were on the phone and she's like...oh hell no, this car parked close and dinged my car...I sat there and listened to her key the entire side of the person's car as I protested and told her she was gonna get herself shot. She's like, fk that...eye for an eye. It was instant They don't make em like that anymore...

Yum...if it's any consolation, I bet you the person is oblivious and didn't even notice or bother or probably even make note that your cars were near each other.

I think I'm too vengeful for my own good.. I find joy in it. I let shit go, but sometimes, I just let it stew, simmer, cool, then bam.

Not a horrid idea, dude.

I'll get over it. My boy is coming over later tonight and we'll see if we can seal it or clean off the scuff. The good news is that it's on the black trim. Thank goodness it was not the paint.

Worst case, pull all the lower plastics, have them sanded smooth and have them custom painted body color.

happy friday slores.

I a 5k yesterday with absolutely no training/preparation whatsoever. I thought I was actually going to die.

Nope. Finished in 33 minutes. Haven't ran any serious distance in 7 years. I picked a hell of a way to start lol.

Here's a good 3-day split: Push (Chest, Tri, Shoulder). Pull (Back, Bi). Legs.

It's very efficient to pop shoulder workouts into chest/tri day because a bunch of compound chest and shoulder lifts use tris. And then finish strong with some isolated tricep lifts to get those torn too.

^ That's a decent time for no training or prep. I did my first 5k ever a few weeks ago and finished in about 35. Course was pretty hilly and I wasn't really prepared for that but I survived.

Meanwhile my sister is running her 8th marathon this Sunday

I volunteered for our last marathon.. I saw kids in the 6 minute group at the halfway point. I'm talking 8-12 years old.

You can't let an 8 year old whip your ass..

I'm just bustin' your chops fellas. Even with my knee issues I occasionally run, but my hamstring has kept me out of commish.. My wife and her siblings are lifelong runners. It's hard for me to keep up even on a bike.. they're fast.

Trust me, I know. I was devastated, sitting there, alone and licking the dry cheese off the wrappers for like 20 minutes waiting for the next to guy arrive.
