It was/is a simple car so to speak...I think the S2K is a descendant of the Z, except for the drop top. T Z was under powered I think, but it was/is fairly simple to get a lot more out of it. Bulletproof motor for sure.

Thanks Gary, funny, I was actually thinking that looking at that picture, that one day, the S will be looked back on with the same fond reminder of yesteryear...and it's only been out of production for 5 years.

Dusted that Cobra! But it is a Furd. I think the Supra back then was nice...early 80s Supra was cool too...I had a wanna be Supra, Celica GTS, it was a good car too.

I agree J, I think they will 4 sure.
Obviously a tuner can make a Supra effin fast. Wasn't there a Supra in the first Fast and Furious movie?

Honestly, when I had the trunk spoiler I did not want the roof spoiler...
Took a lot of money and patience to lose the spoiler though...I say leave it as is.

That's surprising to me...
boiling brake fluid? Could be as simple as a more robust fluid with higher boil temp?

I do love the Aventador. Awesome-looking Lamborghini.
Do any of you kids collect 1/18 diecast models? Some amazing stuff out there. And no, I'm not talking about the Maisto garbage you see in toy stores for $20.

I think the pads and rotors got too hot.
I do recall them being on fire when Jeremy was driving them on TG.
Carbon ceramic takes a lot more to heat up to fade, but they also like to glow at temps much lower than I expected.

I am stunned at how much the price of the GTR has gone up....I know back in 2008 (2009 model) it was launched at around 75K...2014 is 101K for the base, 105K for the black edition and 110K for the track....I am guessing the Nismo one is going to be around 150-170K

Got a mortgage to pay off and his college fund to add to. Although, if he knows what's good for him, he'll have good grades and have a scholarship, dammit!

I'm convinced that does not do a search before a thread/post is posted...
