CEO almost ran me over in his Conti GT this morning. I should have sprung from hiding sooner.

I should really buy a used one now. So we can be car buddies.. "hey brah, I see you have a CGT, me too"

Thanks for the recommendation, Kumar. Probably down the road or as a cheap gift idea.

At home, I'm pretty happy with the Nespresso machine I have...otherwise, at the office, it's almost always cha.

Never said upkeep would be cheap.

But, I'd rather be going around in a used Aston Martin V8 Vantage.

Nespresso is the brand name of Nestlé Nespresso S.A., an operating unit of the Nestlé Group based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Nespresso machines brew espresso from coffee capsules, a type of pre-apportioned single-use container of ground coffee and flavorings.

In 1976, Eric Favre, an employee of Nestlé, invented, patented and introduced the Nespresso system

I was born there and spent all my summer's as a kid drinking those...who's your coffee God now?

Justin, am sorry you feel that way....if its about Rodney, I apologize on his behalf dude....he got me too...I can understand how you feel and since I was "organizing" the full thing the blame is on me and I will take it....in the process of hoping to help out fellow members with a tune-able solution for the TL, feels like I lost couple good peeps as friends....

it was the smurf blue intake....
you didnt disclose what setup you were going to and probably over charged me.

which is fine now, idgaf, now....
but at the time, it would have been nice to know your true intentions before selling something to a friend.

in other words dont be a shady salesman just to sell something to make money.

so are you mad coz it was blue? you had seen pix of it

or mad coz you didnt gain as much? That intake and runners were actually right from Andy....the gains he mentioned to me, I mentioned to you....

EDIT: about telling my plans, I went ahead and did a similar intake setup, actually the same thing....after a year when I learned about the 3.7 setup, I sold my setup to Feji and bought the 3.7 setup....and I did tell him what am going to do....

about the cost, I actually took a hit with the paypal fees and shipping....shit was $$$ back then...now with people getting the 3.7 setup, no one wants a ported and polished 3.2 setup and hence its cheaper....

not sure if it happens to you, but why do I bend over backwards for friends and then get roughed in....even with Aaron, I paid extra for the exhaust wraps which he promised to buy....then when I told him to send the money, dude says "I dont have the money now, but you should buy a domed decal"....I tell him that if he wanted the wraps, even though I dont like the decal, I will take a decal and 15 bucks...even in that deal, I was loosing money since the wraps itself were $50 and I would pay for shipping....and am sure the cost of a decal to him was not much.....

but I really feel either I should stop taking a hit for friends or be very freaking explicit about it....

I did a 3.2 setup only with bigger bores after I sold my setup to you....

3.7 was a later setup....the new 3.2 setup was sold to Feji....

(the take away is to be truthful when selling something. you dont want to be known as the guy that lies to sell shit.)

man I really cant do anything besides be upfront....if you felt its shady, am not really sure what to tell you....

and in the whole sale I was without a car for 4 days....another hit I took for you....but I guess that was shady too

if you want to know the real story behind it

I broke 2 bolts which hold the manifold cover down....I asked around and they quoted me 300 bucks to take it off....I didnt want to try it myself....thats when Andy told me, I will sell you my setup....I bought the runners and manifold from him.....

later while researching for my exhaust, I ran into a shop who said he can take the bolts out and port and polish the manifold....I sold Andy's setup to you and took my old manifold and runners to get them ported and polished....
