You act like one appraisal doesn't have to do with the other. If a town isn't worth shit, your home isn't worth shit. Not many places besides NYC will people pay $500,000 to live in the ghetto lol.

And you are forgetting, where that tax money goes. Good school districts bring up property value, nicely paved roads bring it up, a good police force/low crime all bring it up. Now, I'm not a fan of property taxes but if you are going to do something, do it right. Don't shortchange and do it half assed.
Don't bother getting riled up...trust me when I say that even if you're right. He'll never be wrong.

Appraisal value by the bank is one thing, tax assessments is another. One is most likely a computer generated number, one they come inside and get picky about.

Bank appraisals will routinely come in higher then tax assessments. They take much more into consideration and compare with recent comps in the area.

While lower assessed value does represent a decline in market value in general, that number is not indicative of the homes fair market value. And we're talking about small changes here. Doubtful a 250k home will assess for 248k one year and 190k the next.

Comparing assessments to appraisals is worse then apples to oranges.

Glad you asked.

Free advice for life that you'll likely end up dismissing or tell me how you already built it and did it better and faster. Keep in mind, you're 5 important maturing years younger than me.

So when I say, I don't like the idea of swinging. It's not because I'm not at your level in life, or comfortable enough with myself. It's because although I like to look at other girls and their huge bewbs...I understand that by being in a committed relationship, the girl I'm with is all I need or want. I also have a serious aversion to her sucking anyone else off. Plain and simple...if I wanted to participate in all that, I'd just be single. Swingers are just 2 people that decide to be together and both have Daddy/Mommy issues. Not a personal attack, just my real opinion on the subject since you decided the gloves would come off I won't bother with my usual sugarcoating of my opinion.

So when I correct your grammar. It's not because I'm trying to tell you how tiny your manmeat is, it's because you're making a mistake I truly think you'd benefit from learning not to make. Autospelling or being lazy with how you write "l8r" doesn't matter to me, you clearly know better. Misusing too, two and to...then and than...supposbily, supposively, and supposedly...your and you're...brake and break. Those are all corrections that I feel help a person in the job market today...and help NOT bastardize the English language any more than it already has been. So although my delivery might be dikish, I'm doing it from a good place. A response like getting upset about it or saying that you don't care about making the mistake is ridiculous to me. I'm not above being corrected, I am pretty gracious about it. We're all human, we all make mistakes. If I can learn from it and get better, awesome.

I am opinionated and if something smells like BS to me, I call it. I should just let people say what they will and move on. But if the sky is blue and you tell me you know for a fact it's green, you better be able to provide some facts to help make me understand why you're right. 25 minutes, my fkn azz...I've done the change enough to know that's BS. AND even after all that, I didn't say you were a fkn liar or full of camelsh*t. I said that I couldn't do it that fast and get it all right. But you held strong. Then you melted down for some reason.

If you're going to be that sensitive, you better not be such a trolling azzhole to everyone. I don't mind having an unpopular opinion...if it's ACTUALLY my opinion. To just be disagreeable to cause drama is asinine.

Now pull down your skirt a little...your self esteem is showing.

inb4onewordresponse, or none at all because of how little all this interwebz bs means to someone on your level. And all jabs and BS aside, I do hope you do a little introspective because going through life like that isn't fun for you or anyone around you. Gotta let people in, gotta open up, gotta be okay with being dumb and wrong sometimes. It's the way the world works no matter how hard you fight it.

Chad says house should be evaluated at a lower price so you dont pay as much property tax

Ally says property taxes go to better roads, cops, schools and hence dont cheap out, if the evaluation is lower, let them know

Jeremy says he is not a swinger and and gave some relationship and life advices and point of views and basically called Chad out in a very well written post

I totally agree with this...

the wifey and I have a very nice understanding on this...."you can look, but you cant touch"....

and I feel like i dont need anything/anyone else other than her....coz no one IMO is as cool as she is ....at the gym if she sees a chic running on a TM with bewbs bouncing like a mofo, she will elbow me and say "bewbs at 8o'clock"

love her to death
