Yes that would be extremely rare and damn near improbable.

The lender would be stuck with your loan, unable to do anything with it in the secondary market.

Yeah, namely:
termites
leaking roof
leaking bathroom
leaking freon in ac
electrical issues
drainage issue

I'd gladly put in a call to Mr. Space and let him sort all that fkn sh*t out on his dime and time.

This is truth. Except I still have to take care of all those things. Plus carpet, walls, yard etc.

But I do not mind home maintenance. It comes before the car.

Which I haven't even seen in 2 weeks. Poor TL, sitting there getting dusty.
