I'm probably going to go with a 10-15mm spacer all around. That way, when I lower the car, I won't have to roll the rear fenders.

Gatr, if you're not lowering, you can afford to do at LEAST a 15/20. You could probably go even more. It'll improve the aesthetics and handling quite immensely, you'll find.

Another important tip. There are 2 sorts of spacers. Both hubcentric. Look up Akata on ebay, they 1/2 the price and reputable.
Version 1 uses your original stud so you need a longer one to accommodate.
Version 2 bolts to your hub and gives you 5 new studs to bolt to. Much more user friendly and requires less "modding" to make it work.

Reason that's important is the thinnest SAFE version 2 you can run is 15. So a 15/20 Combo would be the simplest for you.

I plan on lowering the car later though. And I don't push the car to the limits to find the car's handling abilities. I drive like a corpse.

How do I know the difference on eBay for those versions you mentioned? What about these?

Go 15 front 20 rear. If you are running stock tires when you lower, you will be fine.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. Not sure if I want to go lower. The car is already lower than my '04 Accord was at its stock height before I lowered it on the HFP suspension. I can live with a two-finger gap between the tires and fenders. I DO however, want to change how much the tires are inwards from where they are now. 15mm spacers are probably next on my mod list. Not to mention that getting in my driveway with a lowered car might not be easy without rubbing.

Anyone have any input on the differences between the eBay auctions I listed in an earlier post?

Gatr...those are version 2 spacers.
Version 1's don't have the studs sticking out of them. They just have the spacer and holes.

I'd suggest 15/20...the rear can stand to be slightly more.

and ps, rubbing isn't the worst thing in the world...

I really don't want to rub.

So the Version 2 spacers you were talking about is the better of the two? I'm thinking if I bought 4 of those I could install them. I just don't want the side of the tires to be sticking out more than the tops of the fenders.

V1 is just a flat piece of metal with holes. Anything greater then 5MM and you'll need to purchase and install longer studs.

V2 has studs built in. And I don't think you want to buy this in anything less then 15mm because there isn't enough material on the 10mm units.

IMO, V1 is the correct way to do it. V2 is much easier though.

And I agree with Anil, low first, measure, pick what you need after.

you're over thinking it!

you want the version 2 spacers. as its less work.
15 front and 20 rear will not rub.

235 + 15 = 250mm
235 + 20 = 255mm

I am running 255mm wide tires all the way around on aspec suspension. No rubbing

If you are not going to go lower then why would you NOT go 20mm on rear?

I can't decide if you all suck or are all awesome. The jury is still out.

We'll see. Anyone have any pictures of a closeup of the side with 20mm spacers on the rear on stock height?

I know they are made. But some would question their integrity. That's a lot to ask of 10mm of metal.
