Sigh... been looking for my resume but apparently I had it saved on only one USB stick and now I can't find it anywhere
But... I did find an old jump drive, from like 2008. Found this photo on there. Brought me back to the good ol' days. 1992 Acura Integra GS-R with the incredibly rare B17 engine... before, and after my friend was hit by a drunk driver while stopped at a red light.
It's crazy the rear hatch glass didn't shatter. Rear wheel was butted up against the back of the driver's seat
Anyone know where I can find a good resume template for a project manager? Everything I'm coming across seems... I dunno... too modern? casual? I'm not even sure. I've seen plenty of templates with people putting their photo on their resume. Is that normal these days? Seems strange. I see all these fancy background designs and stuff... doesn't seem overly professional... but am I wrong?

I still use my basic version where there's a very VERY brief overview section, then it goes straight to my experience/achievements followed by education then references.
yumcha, I was just searching for PM resume templates online... couldn't believe the shit I was seeing. The only reason I'm not using my existing template (used an old resume from 2005 that I kept updating over the years) is because I originally got it from my brother... and I'm looking to apply for a position where he is the boss
we've worked together previously at a consulting firm... we are able to work together quite well and keep our personal issues/lives separate from the work at hand.
Not overly... HR still calls all the shots, not him.
He didn't tell me about the position, he doesn't know I'm applying for the position, and he can't influence HR in one way or another to give me any sort of advantage. Gubbermint doesn't like nepotism here, very much
It was more nepotism at the Consulting firm we worked at, than this scenario.
And yes, I'm *still* working on the businesss, on the side. I thought it would have launched by now, until I started learning about what it actually takes to run a business
But... was able to finally find someone suitable to get things going... figured out the cash flow and it looks like I'll need a job to keep things going for the first 14-20 months. Now we are looking for angel investors, to spend their money, not ours

Taco: Just, like, wut? Fuckin, is there a specific resume for a PM position vs. any other jerb? Just open MS Werd and pick resume. Don't all applications want a direct entry into their portal anyway? (Probably the jerb you'll get too, direct entry into your portal) Type your shit up in Notepad.txt and copypasta into their web based POS sorter.
And damn on the drunk driver accident. Knocked the paint right off the wheels
