So I went to the local Lowe’s last night to buy a new drain plug for the bathtub. Decided to cruise through the appliance area. (We just bought a GE slate 5 burner stove from Home Depot) while walking through I saw a stainless steel over the range microwave. Told my dad “Man, if only they had that in the slate color” Lowe’s associate was like “We do, right here in the box, see it’s only $150 normally $449.. a lady returned it because she didn’t like the color” so my dad decides to hide the microwave behind some boxes under a display.
i go back today, sure enough still hiding behind the boxes, and the same Lowe’s associate was working. He said you’re back huh, let me tag it for you. Snagged it for $150 then with military discount it was like $140 with tax. Come home, I think dude messed up because that shits BRAND NEW I don’t think anyone returned it.

I was like, uh...it looks fucking GOOD. I grew up watching shit like Il Postino,
Manons Des Sours, Amelie Poulain...Cinema Paradiso...Amores Perros...but I shy away from
International because I feel like in theory I'm not about that reading the movie

And with French, Spanish or Italian I can usually understand enough or get context...

The range of emotion...from laughing to being appalled...absolute fire...it was so REAL.
