Those Tein lowering springs are right up my price alley, but the amount of drop (1.2" Front, 1.3" rear) is a little too much for me.
:what:
Buy them, then if you don't like them, give them to mua!!

Need something with less drop.

Check out the H tech instead of the S tech.

Just looked it up actually, the High Techs will give you half the drop of the S-Tech. Actually, it looks like less than the A-Spec

^ not much ... bareally noticeable. Some pleople with autos go with the 6mt aspec suspension to go a little lower but its still not much. It looks lower on some tl's because they go with the 18" aspec wheels too. optical illusion

That's perfect.
I don't want to go lower than an inch all around.

What would it cost to have a mechanic compress and replace the stock springs with the H-techs and place them on the stock struts?

It's really not all that complicated, especially if you've got a person or two helping that know what they are doing. Im sure you can get someone to come over and help you for some pizza/beer.

I need a low profile jack that will actually lift my car. The little POS my dad has barely fits under my car (even with wood under the tires) and then it barely lifts it.

Isnt that just a 1.5 ton though? I thought I remembered seeing that.
EDIT. I clicked the link...I have a 3 ton minimum rule in my shop. I always blow out the seals on the smaller jacks.

The TL weights roughly ~3500 pounds so 3000lb jack is good for me.
I don't plan on lifting the entire car

You are only lifting it until you can get a stand on it anyway.
