Matt, I misunderstood your question. I had 500 miles on the springs when i blew the factory struts. The factory struts has 35k on them when i blew the front one

Just looked it up actually, the High Techs will give you half the drop of the S-Tech. Actually, it looks like less than the A-Spec

^ not much ... bareally noticeable. Some pleople with autos go with the 6mt aspec suspension to go a little lower but its still not much. It looks lower on some tl's because they go with the 18" aspec wheels too. optical illusion
It's really not all that complicated, especially if you've got a person or two helping that know what they are doing. Im sure you can get someone to come over and help you for some pizza/beer.
if you value your money and time dont shop here bro. look on the bbb website and they have an F rating. They dicked me over for 3 weeks for their fuck up and wanted me to pay for return shipping for a part they sent me thats wrong.
EDIT: sorry partsgeek.com is what i was talking about... carry on

This is with stock type s shocks and h&r sport springs for a height comparison. I have ISC N1's in the box just waiting for the time and motiviation to install them.
