It did, bc i changed my fb profile pic. I got tired of looking at my fabuloso bathroom wall drawing of Spongebob (i have some hidden talent somewhere deep inside of me lol). It's now a pic of me, my husb and our rugrats. Ur right its super tiny but me being the only white non-hispanic one in the pic i still stick out like a sore thumb LOL

Eh, its not quite as direct as that.

The company I work for supports the machines. The company (company A) that leases the equipment also leases the data center. RO turns on the ports. Another vendor runs the cabling.

Company A then has their remote build SAs configure everything on the server. Why they didn't ask me to do it, I dont know.

And to add to it this, the data center is a converted microchip factory. The walls are 5ft thick. I have no cell coverage and they don't have any landlines on the DC floor. The only communication I have with the remote people is email, and it seems as though they don't check it frequently. Im often waiting 20-30 minutes for a response.

There were a total of 12 ports that needed to be turned on/connected. I completed my work at 945pm EST. RO got here around 1030 (30 minutes late). Then RO left at 1215am saying the SAs only had 3 more connections to configure. 15 minutes later the SAs contact me saying a port was dead. Except its showing connected on my end. I told them to check the speeds on everything and get RO back here. Everything that I own is in working order.

RO came back about 10 minutes ago.

Did I mention these arent even production boxes, so they couldve done this shit during the afternoon. Not at 9pm on a fucking Friday on a holiday weekend. :explode;

Yea. Finally got that issue squared away. The RO guy was looking at the wrong cable, but the SAs gave him the wrong port info. FML.

Can't wait for next week to go to the gun range. Need to relieve some long pented up stress.
Think I am gonna spring for some targets shaped like people and unleash terror. You know in preparation for the end.

Zombie cut-outs are expensive for what they are unfortunately. Not worth the extra coin to use as paper targets. But something I have thought of as well.

Plus their have been a lot of home invasions in this area lately. Crooks here don't seem to care anymore if you are home or not.

I am trying to get my wife to go to the range next week, as its something she wants to do. That and she is usually home alone with the kids most hours of the day as I am gone alot for work.
Trying to see if I can find a little .22 pistol something like a walther p22 or ruger sr22.

I just have a lot of stress built up inside, the range is one of the few things that releases that for me. And I just finished building my AR lower want to test fire and run through some cycles. And I did a trigger job on my other AR that I want to check out.

We are cleaning out the shop so I can put up a punching bag as well. Hopefully that will help.

All i got out of that thing was blah blah blah, blah blah blah, guns. LOL. Idk but for some reason convo on that topic just never processes in my brain. My husband goes on for hours about it, trying to get me to watch videos of diff shots, no interest whatsoever. All i know is we have a few rifle/shotguns and he is going to a conceal & carry class in a couple of weeks i believe.
