Yeah, gamertags they'll bust your ass but you have to be reported by another player for them to look into mic communications. Messages can be easily used against you though.

The prob on xbox is the gamer profile. Lol. Like every other day it says "violates terms of agreement " or whatever it says. But my husband's gamer tag is something like AYEE PAPI or something gay like that so do they really think he can avoid the gayness? Lol

PS online isnt that strict or maybe I just to damn good from getting caught. I cuss up a storm while owning thier asses too. Its all fun and games. Though I lot of players think I am a virus and claim they start to have problems after they play with me
