i tried to leave all emotion out of it and keep it on point. I think they will get the idea
edit: clearly i was extremely pissed off to pay that much for a "custom alignment" and then be told to pretty much fuck off later...

btw Sick.. BBB is always in favor of the business. If they offer a valid excuse, maybe something that is implied in contract, they won't follow-up. You need to contact State AG, pursue mediation and be prepared to take them to small claims.. or lawyer up.
Of course your 300 profits will go *poof!

but the verbal agreements are still a valid contract. theres plenty of precedents to back that up. If the BBB makes a decision in favor of the business, i will escalate it. I just want my damn money back so i can get it done properly lol
we will see what happens and ill let yall know

Been busy doing other shit. Wife been out of town.
Car got hit by coyote and fucked up driver side skirt and on way back from Mayhem a rock hit my windshield and cracked the shit out of it. Destroyed a hotel. Somehow my rear armrest got broke. Threw a pool party for the 4th. Hooked up with a 20 yo. Got served on days off for some other shit. Spend about 1000 on alcohol last 3 weeks.
Think that about squares up what I been doing.

Jujust finished reading that essay of a letter to the bbb. Well written! Question tho... do u have AAA? They are a "preferred " shop, so having an AAA membership automatically affords you their warranty. If there are any issues, you can contact AAA and they will either address the issue with the shop directly or allow you to go to another one of their preferred shops free of charge i believe. Usually the fact that they are even stepping in puts fire under their butts bc they make $$$$$ off of their contract with them. If you don't have it, i suggest it big time. Ive had it since i first got my license, and was going to drop it last year when i switched car insurance company offered free roadside assistance-- glad i gave it a second thought. Its a small annual fee but the amount of benefits put u way ahead of the game. Hotel discounts, free rental cars, free tows, even deals at restaurants and retail stores.
