It is, when my brother did his police training they do it to you in case it ever happens, you're prepared. He was tazed first, he thought that was horrific until he got pepper sprayed. It gets into your eyes, mouth, even your skin, it takes HOURS to get off.

Traditional tank water heaters are a big chunk of a home's energy bill. A tankless is more efficient, safer, longer lasting and takes up less space. Some people recoup the additional cost in the first year.
