not overly.. you have to know a little about electronics and how to test wires. in a nutshell, you hook red up to 12v constant and then the negative side to the door pin (since our door pins are negative trigger) and theyll only turn on when the door is open..

i get the youtube page but it wont play... lol i got it on my phone. I would love to do that and have done it in the past but only if it was cost efficient for this hemi. the junkyard motor comes with a 90 day full warranty and covers labor if it goes bad for 2350. machining the block and head is going to cost me 1000 alone, head gasket kit is 200 ish, going to need to rebuild the head (springs, valves, rocker arms, push rods, push rod lobes, etc..) probably another 200 and then a lot more time.
My scenario; swap motors, get it running, clean it up, sell it, then i still have a usable head on the passenger side i can sell for 200, 8 injectors 100 bucks minimum, fuel rail, intake manifold, etc and make some of the money back. idk im still just feeling stressed about dropping 2k on a motor. I know i can get it running and make it back plus some, but being so close to the wedding it makes me nervous.

because its stressful now! (we are not bad off fyi) but we both like to have a little more of a cushon than we have right now. Im just thinking that getting it running and selling it for 9k or 10k would take a weight off our shoulders.

it took a couple trys to get everything to my standards.. the hardest part was making sure the twill weave going the same direction since the pieces are so close together. it would have looked goofy
