2006 tl rear door lock actuator replacement

Hi everyone new to the site. My passenger rear door lock actuator is toast. I have the whole thing disconnected but can't get it out of the door. It won't go past the window track. I unbolted the bottom bolt of the track but it doesn't move. Can someone tell me what I'm missing ? Thanks in advance

#15 looks like the rear door lock actuator.
