2006 Passenger Seat: Does it adjust?

Can you adjust the driver's side passenger in the 2006 TL? In other words does it go up and down vertically as well as going back and forth horizontally? Also, can the driver and passenger seat be adjusted to go all the way back? For example, can the passenger seat be adjusted so the seat reclines to a great degree, so a passenger could take a nap on a long trip?

Thanks

If I remember correctly, the passenger seat is adjustable as the driver's seat minus the lumbar support. Lumbar support is only for the driver.

Sorry I can't answer your other questions. I rarely sit in the passenger seat

Even if the passenger seat does recline a great degree (it does in my '04), it is totally unsafe to ride like this. The seatbelt is ineffective in this position.

True - that is why all documentation for the car refers to the passanger seat as "4 way adjustable" which would mean sliding back and forth and the back reclinng up and down.

in reality I am happy with 4-way. I would not want to pay extra money for 8 or 10 way seat o passenger side.
