Lot of miles. Mostly highway? Front end is probably chipped up from road debris. California car - no snow/salt? A-Spec kit. You can get a good polish and get the paint back to 'like new' shine I'd bet. Interior doesn't look terrible for that mileage. Hows the trans?
...still want it though. Biggest mistake I ever made was getting rid of my '04 6spd. Now with the nice weather and all starting to show up, I really want something fun and unique to start running Hill Climbs, and doing track days with.
^lol just last night I was bored so searched up used Acura TLs on Autotrader and craigslist! this one caught my eye due to Aspec Kit and then I started mentioning how I hate black cars very much but the kit on looks super sleek.
Whoa you live really far.

....but part of me wants to enjoy being a selfish 24 year old and buy another S2000 >.<
I want a blue S2000 and a 2003 Blue NSX. And a Pearl white MDX or Red.

but I am not in a financial position to own all three cars. Once I am done with college and make my living that is my goal. So if you can find a low mileage S2000 go for it, if not try to find a lower mileage TL.
I mean I would avoid this one, just because of mileage and side dealer. There has to be a problem somewhere. I want to learn how to drive a mans. trans.

Mileage doesn't scare me. The F series is a timing chain engine so as long as the compression is good, and car drives well I'll gladly buy a 100,000 mile example. Same with the TL, though I'd prefer that the timing belt be done on it so I don't have to

When I was looking for a TL or MDX, I noticed they had many ads for those car at this one dealer. but what turned me off was most were high mileage to me is over 100k miles for 4 yr. old cars(MDX). So I usually stay way from side dealers unless they focused just on Japanese imports only which I am sure they have a few in LA.
Lots of miles... obviously highway. The exterior can be fixed, and the ASPEC is a nice bonus. The interior looks pretty decent, too. The tranny will more than definitely need to be replaced which is probably close to $1500 or so. If it's accident free and doesn't need much maintenance, I would offer $10,500. Maybe $11,000 OTD... Not bad for an ASPEC Type-S 6spd...
Once you know how to gain access to them its not a problem. Much easier with the proper tools also, my uncle and I did mine together, he owns his own mechanic shop. So I had access to all his tools and such. As for myself I would not want a close to a 200k mile car, especially when I doubt the dealer will get the timing job done, who knows if the car was put through hell on the freeway or in the city.

It might be well worth it for you to at least get in touch with Todd and see if he is willing to negotiate. Todd is a highly respected professional detailer and you can bet that the paint will be absolutely flawless and well cared for.
Appreciate the advice, but I'm trying to purchase a condo for myself within the next 6-8 months so I'm looking to stay under $15,000 firm. Todd's car is pristine and worth every penny he's asking for so I'm not going to waste his time, or mine by low balling him $15k. Plus, the car is automatic.
That's a lot of miles man even though u can careless, but think about resale… whenever u go to try and sell it no ones going to pay much for a high mileage car oo and btw ur s2k looked great I also had a black ap1 but had to sell it when my son was born loved the car hopelly il get another one once I mod my wdp TLs back to the topic r u only looking for a TLs cause am sure u can find a TL for under 15k With much lower miles
